The Zumo App is Now Closed

The Zumo App has officially closed. Thank you for being part of our journey.
If you were a Zumo App customer, the information below explains what happens next and how to get help if you need it.

FAQ

1. Can I still access the Zumo app?

No. The Zumo app and all associated accounts are closed and you will no longer be able to log in or access your wallet through the app.

2. Can I reopen my Zumo account later?

Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened.

3. Can I still access the app after 15 August?

No. The app and all associated accounts will be closed on 15 August 2025, and you will no longer be able to log in or access your wallet.

4. What happened to my funds?

If you held crypto in Zumo Trade (custodial)

  • Crypto exchange in the app ended on 1 August 2025.
  • Any remaining crypto in Zumo Trade would have been automatically converted to GBP at the prevailing market rate in line with our Terms and Conditions before closure.
  • We have sent GBP to your nominated bank account during the week commencing 18th August where possible.
  • Customers should have received payment within two working days, but some banks may have longer processing times.

If you held crypto in Zumo Infinite (non‑custodial)

  • Your Zumo Infinite wallet is self‑custody. You keep full control using your backup phrase.
  • You can access your funds at any time using any compatible non-custodial wallet by entering your backup phrase in the correct order.

Important: We cannot view, reset, or recover your backup phrase or Zumo Infinite password. Keep your phrase safe.

5. I’ve not received my funds

If you expected a GBP transfer and it has not been received after 10 days have passed since the App closed, please use the contact form for our banking partner Modulr who will handle any GBP queries linked here. Do not share sensitive information in the form.

6. What if I forgot my Zumo Infinite backup phrase?

We cannot recover or reset it. Without the correct backup phrase (also known as seed phrase), access to your Infinite Wallet is not possible.
