Company is accepted into the prestigious Grow London Global Programme, setting sights on international expansion.

We are delighted to announce that Zumo has been accepted into the prestigious Grow London Global Programme, Cohort 3. Grow London Global is a renowned programme offering world-class support to businesses to scale and launch in international markets. Supported by the Mayor of London and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), Grow London Global provides a comprehensive range of initiatives, including trade missions, competitions, conferences, investment events and networking, to help UK-based businesses develop commerce and access global markets.

Going for growth

The latest cohort got underway with a launch event held at the Corinthia Hotel in London, addressed by new Deputy Mayor of London for Business Howard Dawber. Zumo was represented at launch by Chief Financial Officer Devina Paul, and will be kicking off its activities with participation in a fintech mission to the UAE next month. We are honoured to be part of this year’s cohort of Grow London Global participants, ably facilitated by Grow London Fintech Trade Manager Jasmine Baker and International Trade Executive Croia Gallen, and we look forward to a year of growth with London and Partners and fellow UK businesses.

Amidst a time of encouraging developments and demand-led revival for the digital asset industry, Zumo will be focusing on strategic growth in bringing its award-winning digital-assets-as-a-service technology platform to target international markets as part of its mission to bring the benefits of blockchain to people and businesses everywhere.

Zumo in the UAE & MENA

Realising that potential requires a global mindset, and in 2024 Zumo will be focusing on developing opportunities in the young and dynamic MENA region, with particular emphasis on the UAE. Devina Paul, Zumo CFO, commented:

“Growing out of the UK’s crypto hub, we’re seeing a blossoming potential for digital assets and their use at scale. The UK is rightly known for the quality and calibre of its financial services, and we look forward to working with London and Partners as we seek to build on our established UK platform and expand our service offering overseas as part of a new generation of UK fintechs.”

First up, Zumo will be in the UAE in February as part of the fintech mission: if you’d like to meet with us and discuss any aspect of our digital asset platform, you can arrange a meeting with us here.
